	Sample of the Product or Photographs of the Product.
	Power of Attorney on Rs. 100 /- stamp paper in our favour (format on request)
	Details in the attached format

Procedure for Design Registration:-

	Submission of application
	Obtaining application number
	Objection from Design Office
	Hearings, If any
	Removing Objection
	Obtaining Registration Certificate

Time Period:-

The time required for design registration will be around 6 months.

Coverage:-

The Design registration is valid only in India. Design registration covers all the dimensions of the product

Period of validity :-

The design registration is valid for 10 years. The same can be renewed for another 5 years.
